Enrolment in a class can only be guaranteed after payment is received.
Students who completed payment for their course are able to transfer it to the following term until 24hrs prior to their first lesson of the term. A transfer fee of $50 applies.
Students who would like to transfer their second term of a ‘2 consecutive term discount’ are able to transfer their enrolment to the following term for a $50 fee.
Course payments can not be transferred to private lessons, conversation classes or workshops.
Due to the limited number of spaces available in each class, as well as the effects of current COVID restrictions, inLanguage Boutique is unable to refund course payments.
Please contact us if you are unable to attend due to extreme circumstances.
inLanguage Boutique reserves the right to cancel a class when there is insufficient enrolment.
Face-to-Face course during COVID-19 – If required due to changes in restrictions, Face-to-Face courses will be temporarily postponed or moved online. Courses will then return to Face-to-Face when the Victorian Government advised that it is safe to do so.
Catch Up Classes
If a student misses a class for any reason, they are able to attend another class during the same week depending on availability. If there is room in another class of the same level, we can arrange a catch up class.
Classes missed due public holidays will be held on the following Friday or at an alternative time arranged by inLanguage Boutique.
Private lessons are confirmed and paid for no less than 24 hours before each lesson.
Students may postpone or cancel a lesson if a minimum of 24 hours notice is given.
Students have 12 months to complete pre purchased lessons.
Gift vouchers are paid for prior to being allocated.
Vouchers can be mailed, emailed or posted after confirmation of payment has been received.
Vouchers are valid for 1 year from confirmation of payment.
Any discounts given are valid until the due date of the related invoice.
