These Terms of Service apply when you visit or purchase from the inLanguage Boutique website and online store.

Throughout these terms, “ILB”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to inLanguage Boutique.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and any additional terms applying to the product or service purchased.

Prices are shown in Australian dollars.

The total amount payable, including any applicable taxes, shipping charges or discounts, is displayed at checkout.

Payment must be completed using an accepted payment method.

We may change prices at any time, but a later change does not alter the price of an order already accepted.

selected language, level, location or course details.

We are not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the customer, although we will try to assist where reasonably possible.

expiry and validity
redemption
remaining balances
specific course and lesson gifts

10. Physical products

Physical products may include books, printed vouchers, gift packaging and other language-learning products.

Shipping and pickup are governed by our Shipping & Pickup Policy.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Customers should check any language, level, title and edition before purchasing a course book.

11. Availability

Courses, lesson times, products and pickup options remain subject to availability.

Displaying a product or course online does not guarantee that it will remain available until checkout is completed and the order has been accepted.

Where an item or service becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact the customer and offer an appropriate alternative, credit or refund.

12. Intellectual property

The website and its content—including text, branding, graphics, photographs, course materials and downloadable resources—belong to ILB or are used with permission.

You may view and use the website for personal purposes.

You must not copy, reproduce, publish, sell, distribute or commercially use our content without prior written permission.

Course materials supplied to students are for personal educational use and must not be shared, sold or publicly distributed.

Changes apply from publication and do not retrospectively remove rights already attached to an accepted purchase.
