Continue developing your Spanish in a live, supportive online course for students who have completed Spanish Level 3 or have equivalent beginner knowledge.
You’ll consolidate the present tense while learning to speak in greater detail about holidays, family, personality, habits, food, restaurants and the places where people live.

Is This the Right Level?
This course is designed for students continuing directly from Spanish Level 3.
You should already be comfortable discussing family, describing people, expressing likes and dislikes, talking about everyday routines and frequency, using reflexive verbs, telling the time and using common irregular verbs in the present tense.

Course Book
The required course book is Aula Internacional Plus 1 — Hybrid Edition and is purchased separately.
The same textbook is used throughout the five Spanish A1 levels, so students continuing from Spanish Level 3 will normally already have it.
Spanish Level 4 covers Units 7 and 8 of Aula Internacional Plus 1 — Hybrid Edition.
Learning Online
Lessons are taught live by an experienced Spanish teacher, with plenty of guided speaking practice and opportunities to interact with your classmates.
To participate, you will need:
- a reliable internet connection
- a computer or tablet with a working microphone
- a quiet space where you can speak and participate
- access to the online meeting platform specified by ILB
A camera is recommended so you can participate fully in class.
